BUDDY POSTDOC PROGRAM

The PCP is proposing a Postdoc Buddy Program to facilitate the integration of incoming postdocs. In this voluntary program, we pair an incoming postdoc to a “buddy” postdoc who is already working at BRIC/Finsen. Current postdocs introduce the person to our culture of sharing and interaction at BRIC, offer social support as well as the different activities available (Scientific and Social).

Assistant professor Emilie Tresse-Gommeaux and Postdoc Cecilia Elisabet Lövkvist have been buddies during the lockdown period in 2020 -Read about their experience with the programme and how they managed to support each other during difficult times
