HT Cell-based Screens
BRIC’s High-throughput Cell Based Screening Facility offers assay automation and HT screening to BRIC, the University of Copenhagen and external researchers. The flexible and state-of-the-art screening platform opens possibilities for a wide variety of automated assays.
Customized screens can be performed both in 96- and 384-well microtitre plate format utilizing immunofluorescence/fluorescent markers, luminescence or QPCR as a read-out. To this end, several mouse and human siRNA and shRNA libraries are readily available, alternative libraries including CRISPR and compound libraries can be facilitated through the facility.
We gladly help researchers with the initial assay setup, the automation thereof, screen performance, data and statistical analysis and finally candidate validation.
NORDIC HIGH CONTENT SCREENING (NHCS) NETWORK MEETING
The newly established Nordic High Content Screening (NHCS) Network comprises High Content (HC) screening laboratories and infrastructures in Scandinavia. This meeting aims to connect members and identify common interests and future focus points.
