Leadership and Management Skills Course for Postdocs by Hfp Consulting

We  believe that leadership skills, essential for today's challenges in scientific work, can be acquired and developed. Our goal is to enable young and senior scientists to master the challenges related to interpersonal aspects of doing science and to confidently fulfill their leadership role.

Goals
Participants will:
• Improve their communication, collaboration and leadership skills
• Understand how to reach career goals:
          o more efficiently (doing things right)
          o more effectively (doing the right thing)
• Develop awareness of Leading with or without being in charge
• Improve their (self-) organisational and leadership skills
• Learn how to better lead individual and group processes
• Be encouraged to establish and maintain a peer support group
• Strengthen their  network within the BRIC community

Attendance
The attendance is free of charge for the postdocs/assistant professors employed at BRIC/Finsen.
Postdocs and assistant professors from other departments at the university of Copenhagen will be able to participate if seats are available. Price: 5600 DKK
You are required to attend both full days.

 Cancellation policy
If you don´t show up or cancel your participation less than 2 weeks before the workshop, you will be charged the full cost of the workshop
