With over 25 years in academic research and a proven track record as a founder and leader of multiple biotech startups, she offers both deep scientific insight and entrepreneurial expertise. This diversity of skills will help us balance the operational needs of the organisation with opportunities for growth and innovation, strengthening our ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving research landscape.

As Vice Director, Janine will support the centre’s day-to-day management while driving long-term strategic initiatives that enhance collaboration and impact.
